Terrorists:
Bomb the well or the village fountain.

Counter-Terrorists:
Kill those terrorist scum before they can
do it

Storyline:
The local Terrorist faction have decided
to deal a blow to the village water source
either knocking out the fountain or the
well. This will gain attention for their
cause and make the governers fear what
they might do next.

An anonymous tip informed the police, and
so they've come in to defuse the situation.
